After 3 seconds, target foe takes 8..53 damage. Wastrel's Worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill.
Energy:5 Cast:0.25 Recharge:1

Can be found in:
1. Ascalon Settlement in North Kryta Province [Quest]
2. Henge of Denravi [Skill trainer]
3. Quarrell Falls [Skill trainer]
4. North Kryta Province; captured from Pello Agileclaw (Tengu boss)

hey really quick with WW dont use it on casters (other mesmers), its far to easy to counter, and save it for warriors and rangers. I have seen far to many ppl miss use that skill. O and i dont really like to skill anyway
